30% Garnacha blanca, 70% Pansa blanca
Blanc+ is an organic white wine elaborated with modern methods. Manual harvest of selected grapes and transported in 18kg boxes. Pre-fermentation maceration on the skins, further gently pressed to obtain first run must. Fermentation is carried out during 3 weeks in new, French oak barrels, separately for each variety. Followed by 3 months ageing in barrels on the lees. Wine with intense yellow colour and golden overtones. Mature flavours of ageing well integrated with aromas of white, sweet fruits. Elegant and complex with gentle hints of vanilla and butter. Forthright on entry with intense aromas and long lasting after taste. Balanced acidity well integrated with ripe fruits and oaky flavours.
Blanc + 2015 has been highlighted by Guide Peñín 2016 with 90 points. Awarded by Premis Vinari competition with silver medal as the best white wine from D.O. Alella and the second best wine in Catalonia aged in barrel.
