Crossos is the youngest product of vineyard with 6 months aging in barrels. Grapes are provided from manual harvest. Fermentation and maceration is done separately for each variety in stainless steel tanks. Afterwards gently pressed and malolactic fermentation takes place. Varieties are blended before ageing in barrels. Fresh and expressive wine with intense cherry red colour. Distinguished balsamic aromas combined with black and red fruits, with flavour hints of thyme, spices and orange peel. Intense in the mouth, medium bodied with well-balanced fruits and freshness.
Crossos vintage 2013, won in 2015 Gold Medal at Mundus Vini.
