Mig Mig is a wine of contrasts made from old garnacha roja vines and very aromatic variety – mersalen (experimental clone, cross between black Garnacha and cabernet). Mig Mig in Catalan means half half and so is the philosophy of this wine. The fusion of new technologies and tradition, experience and development. Mig Mig is an experimental wine that combines the varieties of aromas and very opposite characters. More than a new wine it is the new concept. It is made from native grapes from 80-year-old vineyards and integrated production. Manual harvest and vinification in stainless steel tanks. Afterwards aging during 10 months in French oak barrels. Intense cherry color. In the mouth intense aromas of ripe fruit wrapped in toasted notes. Well balanced and elegant with fine tannins well integrated. Long and nice finish.
